Welcome to our ticket request site. This is where you can enter in all related APTS ticket requests for either IT or Facilities. Once entered, you can then view the status of your ticket. Please ensure not to create duplicate tickets so that we do not get them twice. If you need any assistance on a ticket you have already entered, you can always respond to your email with the ticket information again or check the status and send a response from there.
