How to check your Printer
Before sending in a ticket request, here are a few steps to check your printer that the IT department would do before any further troubleshooting is needed.
- Check that everything is properly plugged in and ready to go.
- Check that your printer is turned on.
- Check that your printer is connected to the internet. Your printer should display an IP address (i.e. 192.168.0.0) which will show that you are connected to the internet.
