How to check your Printer

Before sending in a ticket request, here are a few steps to check your printer that the IT department would do before any further troubleshooting is needed.

Check that everything is properly plugged in and ready to go.
Check that your printer is turned on.
Check that your printer is connected to the internet. Your printer should display an IP address (i.e. 192.168.0.0) which will show that you are connected to the internet.
