How to go from the Freddy chatbot back to the Support Portal
You can use the Freddy chatbot to quickly find a solution for you before submitting a ticket and getting in touch with the support team. If no solution is available, you can go back to the support portal to place your ticket request. To go back to the support portal:
- Go to the top right corner of the FreshService window and click on your name.

- Click the option that says 'Switch to Classic view'

- You will now be back at the main support portal page and are able to do what you need.
