Access APTS Files Using File Explorer Click the File Explorer icon on your taskbar or use the Start Menu to launch. For shared folders/files (previously SERVERDATA), use the left-side menu and select “aptsprograms.org” For personal folders/files (previously U:// Drive), use the left-side menu and select “OneDrive -aptsprograms.org” Tips: Right-click these libraries and choose “Pin to Quick Access” for faster access Left-click (hold) and drag these libraries to your Desktop to make desktop shortcuts. Templates – Make sure to create a copy of the template file before editing since OneDrive & SharePoint use autosave features. You can toggle AutoSave off when using Office apps. Then use File > Save As to make a separate copy of the template. Download only the files/folders you need to help save computer storage space – send unneeded files back to cloud storage by right-clicking and selecting “Free up Space”. Double-click the file again to download when you need to make changes. You can see if a file is downloaded on your laptop or stored in the cloud by looking at the ”Status” column in File Explorer.
